1. Service Overview
Lingtu AI provides tools for collecting advertising requirements, organizing client materials, generating AI-assisted briefs and prompts, and managing design-related order workflows for print shops, signage businesses, and creative teams.
2. Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Lingtu AI for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spam, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access activities. You are responsible for the content and materials submitted by you and your clients.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, AI credits, and usage limits are shown on our pricing pages or order forms. Fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update prices or plan limits with reasonable notice where required.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your uploaded materials and client content. You grant Lingtu AI a limited license to process that content to provide the service. Lingtu AI owns the platform, software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and related technology.
6. AI Output and Disclaimers
AI-generated text, prompts, summaries, and images may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before commercial use, printing, publishing, or delivery. Lingtu AI does not guarantee that AI output is error-free, legally compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, or misuse.
