This Refund Policy explains how Lingtu AI handles subscription payments, AI credit purchases, renewal charges, and refund requests.

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and provide access to the plan features and usage limits shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Refund eligibility may depend on usage, timing, and the reason for the request.

2. AI Credit Packs

AI credit packs are digital usage products. Used credits are not refundable. Unused credit packs may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase when no credits from that pack have been consumed.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us with your account email, order ID, charge date, and payment amount so we can investigate.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid fees.

5. Service Issues

If a technical issue prevents normal use of paid features and our team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may provide a credit, extension, or refund at our discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to support@lingtu.io within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, order ID, payment amount, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
