How do I create my first order?

Open Orders, click "Create order", fill in the project name, customer info and ad type. A customer link is generated automatically.

What if customers don't know what to type?

Customers can speak freely; the AI guides them with popup questions, and they can pick "Not sure — let the shop decide".

Where do I see uploaded files?

On the order detail page, customer assets are grouped by Logo, QR code, product photos and references.

What happens when AI credits run out?

Buy a credit pack on the Top-up page. Payment is applied instantly and credits never expire.

How do I share the link with customers?

On the order page, click "Copy link" or "Download QR code" and send it via your messenger of choice.

Do customers need to sign up?

No. They open the link and chat with the AI directly — no account required.
